Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone (ANCFZ), the newest free zone in the UAE, has attracted over 450 companies in less than two months. Located in the heart of Ajman, ANCFZ stands out for its fully digital business setup process, allowing investors to sign documents online without needing to print or download forms.
Rishi Somaiya, CEO of ANCFZ, highlighted that the free zone’s key differentiator is its focus on speed and service. “We promise to issue a company license in 15 minutes and a visa within 48 hours, while other free zones can take up to 15 days,” he said.
ANCFZ offers licenses for a variety of activities, including gaming, blockchain, and AI. “We support growing industries like gaming and AI, providing specialized licenses for companies in these fields,” Somaiya added.
The cost to set up a business in ANCFZ is competitive, with licenses for up to 10 activities and a two-year visa priced at Dh10,800. This price also includes a 10% discount for upfront payments.
With partnerships with local banks, ANCFZ ensures its licensed companies can open bank accounts within 1-2 weeks. This quick setup and affordable pricing are attracting entrepreneurs, especially younger generations eager to start their own businesses.
