Global Village Closed Until Further Notice
Global Village has announced that it will remain closed until further notice, according to the latest update shared on its social media channels. The popular Dubai attraction confirmed that the closure follows official guidance due to the ongoing regional situation.
Currently in its 30th season, Global Village has been closed since Saturday, February 28. While flights at Dubai International Airport are gradually returning to normal operations, some outdoor attractions across the city continue to remain closed as a precautionary measure.
Management stated that the extended closure is in line with official instructions and advised visitors to follow their social media platforms for the latest updates.
Global Village is not the only destination affected. Dubai Parks and Resorts and Ain Dubai have also announced extended closures.
Known for its vibrant mix of international pavilions, shopping, carnival rides, and live performances, Global Village is one of Dubai’s most popular seasonal attractions. The closure comes during Ramadan, when the venue typically hosts special themed experiences, including a majlis-style tent and daily Ramadan entertainment such as live game shows and drone displays. It remains uncertain whether the attraction will reopen before the end of Ramadan or the start of the Eid Al Fitr holiday.
