Parkin Introduces 9 Long-Term Parking Plans Across Dubai
If daily commuting and searching for parking is part of your routine, Parkin’s newly introduced parking subscriptions may offer the hassle-free solution you’ve been looking for. These long-term plans — available for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months — allow users to park across various locations in Dubai without constantly feeding meters or sending SMS messages.
Available Across Multiple Zones
Parkin subscriptions are available in residential communities, near educational institutions, and other prime locations across Dubai. Vehicle owners can easily apply through the official Parkin website by choosing a subscription that suits their location and parking needs.
Subscription Categories and Rates
1. Roadside and Plots Parking (Zones A, B, C, D)
- Valid for: Roads in Zones A and C, and plots in Zones B and D
- Usage: Max 4 hours on roadside; 24 hours in plots
- Fees:
- 1 month – Dh500
- 3 months – Dh1,400
- 6 months – Dh2,500
- 12 months – Dh4,500
Note: Cannot be downgraded to plots-only package.
2. Plots-Only Parking (Zones B and D)
- Valid for: Parking up to 24 hours in designated plots
- Fees:
- 1 month – Dh250
- 3 months – Dh700
- 6 months – Dh1,300
- 12 months – Dh2,400
3. Silicon Oasis – Zone H
- For: Residents and guests in Dubai Silicon Oasis
- Note: Does not include reserved parking; one vehicle per subscription
- Fees:
- 3 months – Dh1,400
- 6 months – Dh2,500
- 12 months – Dh4,500
4. Silicon Oasis – Limited Area
- For: Those needing flexible but limited parking access in DSO
- Fees:
- 3 months – Dh1,000
- 6 months – Dh1,500
- 12 months – Dh2,500
5. Dubai Hills (Zone 631G)
- For: Residents and visitors using Dubai Hills public parking
- Fees:
- 1 month – Dh500
- 3 months – Dh1,400
- 6 months – Dh2,500
- 12 months – Dh4,500
One vehicle per subscription.
6. Wasl Real Estate Parking (Zones W and WP)
- Note: First-come, first-served basis; one vehicle per subscription
- Fees:
- 1 month – Dh300
- 3 months – Dh800
- 6 months – Dh1,600
- 12 months – Dh2,800
7. Educational Staff (within 500m of workplace)
- Eligibility: Proof of employment at a private school required
- Fees:
- 1 month – Dh100
- 3 months – Dh300
- 6 months – Dh600
- 12 months – Dh1,200
Non-refundable. Payment must be made within 14 days of application.
8. Student Parking
- Eligibility: Valid student card and enrollment verification letter required
- Fees:
- 1 month – Dh100
- 3 months – Dh300
- 6 months – Dh600
- 12 months – Dh1,200
Includes 80% discount for eligible students.
9. Multistorey Parking
- Locations: Bani Yas and Naif (for residents/workers nearby)
- Requirements: Tenancy contract or title deed
- Fees:
- 1 month – Dh735
- 3 months – Dh2,100
- 6 months – Dh4,200
- 12 months – Dh8,400
5% VAT applicable. Only one vehicle can park at a time, even if five are listed under the same Traffic File. Maximum 30 consecutive days allowed.
Key Terms & Conditions
- Vehicle Limit: One active vehicle per subscription. Up to three vehicles can be added under one Dubai traffic file (only one active at a time). Vehicles registered outside Dubai or under company files can only have one active vehicle.
- Switching: Users can switch between registered vehicles every 30 minutes.
- Heavy Vehicles: Not allowed (trucks, buses, pickups).
- Transfer: Subscriptions are non-transferable without prior written approval.
- Refund Policy: Generally non-refundable; exceptions apply if cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
- Payment Deadline: Applications for students, staff, and multistorey subscriptions are cancelled if unpaid within 14 days.
- Parking Rules: Reserved spaces are off-limits. Violations can lead to fines and cancellation without refund.

- Incorrect parking – Dh200
