India–UAE CEPA Council Empowers Startups for Global Expansion

The UAE–India Start-Up Series, led by the CEPA Council, is driving one of India’s largest startup initiatives, attracting over 10,000 applications nationwide to connect Indian entrepreneurs with UAE innovation hubs. The program has shortlisted 20 ventures across sectors such as agriculture, robotics, fintech, and clean energy, with five winners set to receive mentorship and launch support for expansion to the UAE.

Backed by leading universities and corporates, the Series aims to accelerate cross-border growth for Indian startups, offering incubation, trade licences, and business setup aid within the UAE. Bilateral trade is surging, and UAE investments in India have tripled in two years, making this program a key pillar of the CEPA’s mission to transform entrepreneurial collaboration between both countries.

The initiative culminates in a New Delhi pitch event on November 25, where the winners will be chosen and provided with regulatory guidance and operational support for UAE market entry. The CEPA Council will also release an Investment Dossier highlighting the Top 100 start-ups, strengthening the bridge between India’s innovative talent and the UAE’s global opportunities.
