Air Arabia introduces Abu Dhabi home check-in service
Air Arabia Abu Dhabi has launched a new Home Check-In service in partnership with Morafiq, a local airport services provider, to offer passengers in the UAE capital a smoother travel experience. Designed to reduce terminal wait times, this service includes home luggage collection and check-in, making the airport process faster and less stressful for travelers.
The Home Check-In service is available for booking through the Morafiq app, website, Air Arabia’s website, or by calling the airline’s customer service line. A Morafiq representative will visit the passenger’s home to collect luggage and issue boarding passes.
Upon arriving at the airport, passengers can skip the check-in counters and proceed directly to security. This service can be scheduled from 24 hours up to five hours before the flight’s departure.
